{This} much
I love you to the end of the road, and then stop at someone's house we don't know and eat an apple. Then come home and to the roof, and break through the roof and to the moon and sit on the moon for awhile, and back. That's how much I love you. -Robey

Oh, if only we all could be loved so much. Robey makes my heart smile. I don't think I've read a better quote since High School. Only a fantastic mom could have a child love them so much :-)

Robey style to describe my Holiday:
On Holiday to the end of the bike path, then stop at someone's house we don't know and steal some grapefruit. Then come home and to the Man Cave and break through the fire and to the beach to make a castle and hang for a while and back again -- that's how much fun I had on holiday -- jenny

You should save Robey's poems to make a book. A REAL book. I would buy it. If I would so would others. Oprah would be so impressed she would have him on TV. He'd sell a million copies.

Robey is definitely a poet -- the words have rhythm, the language is simple and precise, the style is breezy and whimsical, and the picture he paints is what I can imagine if Dr. Seuss and Vincent van Gogh had ever collaborated.

I love it! Jen is right - you should save them for a book. I emailed my mom and sister the day after Megan and I had "THE Talk" so they could laugh with me. If they didn't know it was from me, they would have thought it was one of those funny jokes being emailed around. Yes, save those just like you save the pictures and drawings and all treasures from your babies :-)
